Nonstop Games is a next generation tablet and mobile gaming start-up with solid financing. We target to be the leader in mobile and tablet games made for gamers. We are very passionate about user experience and game elements like strategy, PvP, player profiles, events and community. Our games studio is based in Singapore and we have an office in San Francisco. The company was founded in 2011 and we are backed up by the awesome Lifeline Ventures and Creandum.
Founding team
Juha Paananen – CEO, Co-Founder
Juha worked previously at Nokia, most recently doing business development for APAC region based in Singapore. Since he’s pretty much useless in coding we made him our CEO. On his free time Juha loves to kitesurf, travel and run in his Vibram fivefingers. Juha studied at the Helsinki University of Technology. You can follow Juha at @juhapaananen
Henric Suuronen – President, Co-Founder
Henric is President and Co-Founder of Nonstop Games. Henric is a real social games veteran, before Nonstop Games he was Head of Studio at Wooga and Director at Digital Chocolate. During his career he has managed titles such as Magic Land, Millionaire City, MMA Pro Fighter, Tower Bloxx, Brick Breaker Revolution and over 50 other titles on mobile and desktop platforms. Henric also runs the popular social games blog gameschangedmylife.com and makes selected angel investments in gaming and mobile startups (e.g. Grand Cru and Vamos). Teemu Ikonen – CTO, Co-Founder
Teemu is probably the smartest guy on the planet. He actually knows everything. When we don’t know something, we ask ourselves WWTD. What would Teemu do. Teemu has been working in startups for a long time and was involved for example in Ditto which was acquired by Groupon 2012. Teemu studied at the Helsinki University of Technology. A long time ago.
Henrik Karlström – Lead Programmer, Co-Founder
Henrik makes the impossible possible when it comes to coding stuff. Henrik worked before at Nokia and later founded the online booking system Digital Booker. Henrik has a master’s degree in computer science from Åbo Akademi University.
Our office
Our office in Singapore is a part of an entrepreneur incubator and this encourages us to meet up with other developers from different business areas from us. We have an open environment at the office that invites for informal discussions at the couches or wherever you prefer to work.
